Flu, caused by influenza viruses; Acute inflammatory disease, very contagious. The clinical symptoms are usually: sudden chills, fever 390C or higher, accompanied by severe headache; limb pain, back pain and general fatigue. Without bacterial superinfection, the white blood cell count may be normal or decreased, with lymphocytes slightly increased.
Treatment: Select acupressure according to symptoms; moderate or strong stimulation.
Designation of acupuncture points: Dai Chuy, Phong Tri, and Hop Coc.
Acupuncture points according to symptoms:
Headache: Temples.
Nasal stuffiness: Nghinh Huong
Less sweat: Phuc Luu
High fever: Persistent.
Cough: Liet Khuyet, Phong Mon
Sore throat: Lack of injury. Stinging blood, prick once a day can save the needle for 15 - 20 minutes.
