Lecture of ablatio placentae
The intensity of uterine contractions is normal, tonicity is slightly increased, but not noticeable. The delivery progressed normally, after giving birth to check the Placenta: the blood clot behind the vegetable was concealed in the Placenta.
The so-called baby spinach is peeled before the pregnancy comes out.
Lack of congenital fibrosis.
Smoking, malnutrition and drug use:
Smoking 10 cigarettes/day.
Lack of folic acid, Vitamin A, Calcium or anaemia.
Cocaine abuse, drugs.
Placenta: The blood clot behind the vegetable is indented in the vegetable cake, the infarction loaf, the bleeding loaf.
Uterus: A place of infarction or uterus bruising, spreading to a wide ligament.
Ovaries or elsewhere: Bleeding in the ovaries, bleeding in the kidneys, in the intestines.
Resident necrosis, red infarction nodules.
Degenerative capillary inflammation.
Thrombosis in smaller veins in the posterior region of the cake.
Severe peeling vegetables: uterine muscle fibers submerged in blood and serum
Blood separates between the two broad ligaments and the peritoneum of the subframe.
Hidden ablatio placentae: Diagnosed.
Light ablatio placentae:
Mild pregnancy poisoning.
The intensity of uterine contractions is normal, tonicity is slightly increased, but not noticeable.
The delivery progressed normally, after giving birth to check the Placenta: the blood clot behind the Placenta was concealed in the Placenta.
Fibrinogenesis slightly decreased.
Moderate ablatio placentae:
Moderate fetal toxicity.
Sudden abdominal pain, increasing, persistent.
Vaginal bleeding is not clotting.
Shock: Low or normal blood pressure, rapid pulse.
Spastic uterus ® difficult to manipulate parts of the fetus.
The uterus gradually rises.
Fast or slow or discrete fetal heart.
The cervix is stiff.
Ooops, if broken: Bloody pink.
Subclinical: Ultrasound: posterior blood clot, decreased SSH.
Severe young peeling vegetables:
Severe pregnancy poisoning.
Shock due to blood loss.
Vaginal: blood is not clotting.
Uterus: as hard as wood.
Fetal heart (-).
Test: ultrasound: posterior blood clot.
SSH = 0, Hematocrit decreased, Hb decreased.
Progression and complications
The disease occurs suddenly, progresses rapidly to a severe form, and difficult to predict.
Shock due to blood loss.
Blood clotting disorder.
Anaemia in the organs: 2 kidneys, anterior pituitary gland.
Ablatio placentae can be hidden and light
Track bottom line laying.
