Infancy
- Meconium ileus.
- Neonatal jaundice (prolonged).
- Hypoproteinaemia and oedema.
Childhood
- Recurrent lower respiratory tract infections.
- Bronchiectasis (occasionally)
- Poor appetite.
- Rectal prolapse.
- Nasal polyps.
- Sinusitis (rare to have symptoms).
Adolescence
- Bronchiectasis.
- Diabetes mellitus.
- Cirrhosis and portal hypertension.
- Distal intestinal obstruction.
- Pneumothorax.
- Haemoptysis.
- Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis.
- Male infertility.
- Arthropathy.
Psychological problems.
